Dr Tan Ching Yam (陈清业博士) is a talented and multi-skilled artist who has won many awards for his Calligraphy and Chinese finger paintings. A regular participant in Singapore and overseas exhibitions, Dr Tan has received many commendations and was awarded Gold medals in 1995 and 1996 by “Henan Research Institute of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy”.
